Jewelry Information

The quality of body jewelry plays a very important role when it comes to piercings. Unlike jewelry like necklaces, bracelets, and rings worn on the body, body jewelry is extremely important because it is worn inside of the body, inside of a wound. Body jewelry comes in direct contact with your internal tissues. The quality of the jewelry impacts both the healing and longevity of piercings. Factors like size, style, material, and quality of the initial jewelry influence how well the body heals the initial piercing and maintains the appearance of them over time.

Because the body jewelry industry is saturated with substandard products, sometimes piercers and clients alike may forget that cost alone should never be the key factor in your purchase.

At Wildflower you can be sure the jewelry you purchase is the best you can wear in your piercings. All jewelry is sourced from the best producers of body jewelry in the industry and has been thoroughly tested for quality and long-term wear. Jewelry is priced fairly in order to make high-quality jewelry available for everyone.

All titanium, niobium, and 14 or 18 karat gold jewelry are completely free of nickel, cadmium, and lead and are all biocompatible. Mill certificates are available for viewing upon request.

Most pieces sold at Wildflower are also covered under a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty covers the following:

  • if a prong or gemstone breaks, comes loose, or falls out

  • discoloration to the gemstone

  • a pin or threading defect

The warranty does not include:

  • natural wear and tear

  • chemical reactions resulting from improper aftercare

  • damage caused by the client

  • lost jewelry/jewelry parts

If your jewelry must be removed for repairs, you will receive a substitute of a titanium ball or disk to prevent the piercing from closing.
